mind over matter
my heart wants to build
what my hands want to shatter
What would you be
good over evil
my ear wants to hear
what my fear calls libel.
What would u see
dream over real
my mind rules out the scenes
what my eyes portray congenial
What would u despise
voueyurism over indulgence
my body wants to shed
what my gestures call refulgence
Matter moulds mine emotions
which forfeit my mind
my soul is lost in the din
my breath goes haywire
i am confused in my choice
of mind over matter
Thoughts arise from the dust
soliloquy precludes latter
i no longer remember the roads
i no longer hear my folks
i am left alone in the asylum
for there no space for matter
